PCB Management
Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB)
are a group of chemicals belonging to a family
of organic compounds known as chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Between 1929 and 1977, most PCBs were sold for
use as dielectric fluids (insulating liquids)
in electric transformers and capacitors.
