Al Ferranti - RPA
Al Ferranti has a vast amount of experience in property/facility management that encompasses multifamily management, commercial, office, condominium, and mixed use property management.

Mr. Ferranti is a licensed State of Connecticut Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor, an EPA Accredited RRP Lead Trainer and an EPA Lead Renovator. He currently holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) BOMI designation, and is a member of the Builders Owners and Managers Institute, the Greater Hartford Property Owners Association and The Auditing Roundtable, a professional organization dedicated to the development and professional practice of environmental health and safety auditing.

Mr. Ferranti has developed, implemented and successfully managed a company wide Environmental Management System that assists Property Management companies in adhering to all Federal, State and Local environmental laws, rules and regulations and designed to protect the environment. In addition, this program has resulted in an unparalleled record of reducing risk, avoiding unnecessary costs, and improving relationships with regulators and the community.

In 2009 while Vice President of Environmental Compliance at a property management company; Mr. Ferranti successfully led the company through an environmental compliance audit of its environmental management system by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Suspension & Debarment Division (EPA SDD). EPA SDD completed the audit with zero findings against the company.
