RRP Training Course FAQ

RRP training is provided by Global Green Property Solutions. Courses are approved for certification under section 402 of TSCA for the Certified Renovator.

This is a full day class with lots of required material to cover in order to become a Certified Renovator by the end of the day.

Class Information

• Class starts promptly at 8:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm with an hour break for lunch from noon to 1:00 pm. Our class must resume promptly at 1:00 pm.
• Please do not be late. As a general rule, the instructor will not allow students to attend the class if they are more than 15 minutes late.
• Please bring a picture ID to class.
• You must attend the entire class the day it is offered. You may not leave early. If you do, you will have to retake the entire course.
• The EPA requires you to participate in the "hands on" portion of the class. If you miss any portion of the practical application, we cannont issue you a certificate of completion.
• In order to receive your certification, you must obtain a score of 70% on the test given at the end of the course.
• Upon completion of the course and passing the test you will be issued a "Certified Renovator" certificate with your photo.
